摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the supply voltage of a memory module and a method thereof are provided to renew changed resistance by performing auto-calibration of a changed digital resistance value. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling the supply voltage of a memory module and a method thereof, a controller(110) receives a voltage setting range command through which a resistance value is detected. The controller receives a resistance change command which controls the offset resistance value in the logic module of a test system(200). The resistance change command adjusts the resistance value fed back from an SDRAM module(220). The controller detects the resistance value corresponding to each voltage value. The controller receives a voltage outputted from the SDRAM module through an A/D converter(130). A digitally variable resistor(120) adjusts offset resistance value or the resistance value fed back from the SDRAM module. The A/D converter measures the supply voltage of SDRAM.
