PURPOSE: An orthopedic knee joint brace is provided to maximize the protection and treatment of a knee joint by closely adhering to the knees of a person. CONSTITUTION: An orthopedic knee joint brace comprises first, second, third, and fourth supporting pads(700a,700b,700c,700d) in which a second fastener is formed. The pads are horizontally arranged in pairs and face each other around top and down support stands at a regular interval. A guide groove is formed in the center of the pad. A first fastener is bored in both sides of the guide groove. An accommodating groove is formed in the outside of the first fastener.
