PURPOSE: A water supply/drainage pipe with a water leakage sensor is provided to enable remote motoring of a water supply/drainage pipe, since water leakage is checked at a remote site. CONSTITUTION: A water supply/drainage pipe(80) with a water leakage sensor comprises an inner tube layer(81), an outer tube layer(83), and a core layer(82). A left wire(21) and a right wire(31) are spirally wound in different directions outside the inner tube layer. The core layer consisting of the modified polyethylene is coated to the outside of the right wire. The outer tube layer is coated after a sensing tape(51) is spirally wound with the outer surface of the core layer.
