PURPOSE: A pre-fabricated type housing is provided to facilitate manufacturing processes using pre-fabricated type components for the housing. CONSTITUTION: A pre-fabricated type housing includes a plurality of supporting frames(110) and a plurality of transversal frames(120). The supporting frames are vertically installed. The transversal frames are horizontally installed between the supporting frames. Each supporting frame includes a main body(110a) and an expanded part. The main body includes a hollow part. The expanded part is expanded from the inner end part of the main body to the outside and is detachably fixed to the transversal frames. One transversal frame includes a pipe-shaped main body. A hollow part is formed in the main body of the transversal frame.
