PURPOSE: A tire sidewall rubber composition is provided to prevent the removal of glittering components even in the bending and stretching of a tire, to improve appearance quality of tire, and to ensure glittering effects. CONSTITUTION: A tire sidewall rubber composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a base rubber and 5~20 parts by weight of hologram glitters in which metal is deposited on an embossing film. The hologram glitter is obtained by depositing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of aluminum(Al), titanium(Ti), zinc(Zn), copper(Cu), silver(Ag), gold(Au), platinum(Pt), and tungsten(W).
