PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink, capable of improving cooling performance, since a heat-exchanging area with air can be enlarged in a casing section, where a wind pressure is high by fixing a heating member on the circumference of the casing of a blower or a part of its circumference. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a centrifugal blower section 63, having a heat transfer member 62 that is fixed at the same height as in the blade at the circumference of the casing or a part of the circumference of the casing and transmits heat from a heating member 64 and the casing 60, made of a cover having the blade and a drive motor and a superior thermally conductive material, wherein the heat transfer member 62 is fixed to the circumference of the casing, or a part of the circumference of the casing.
