<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive cable bead-manufacturing equipment having a simple mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: By rotating the flier 5 while rotating the core ring L to the peripheral direction, the coil reel 15 is rotated around the line of the core ring L while maintaining its posture to a given direction, and the coil W is spirally wound along the line of the core ring L. At that time, through the planetary gearing mechanism consisting of the sun gear 11 and two planetary gears 13, by the rotation of the flier 5 the reel axis gear (rotation axis gear) 12 rotates to the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the flier 5, at the same rotational speed and thereby, the coil reel 15 rotates and the reel axis 16 maintains the posture turned to a given direction.
