PURPOSE: A method for generating standard information for estimating the state-of-health of a fuel cell is provided to obtain reference information for identifying the state-of-health of the fuel cell by approximating an impedance value or time constant value. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating standard information for estimating the state-of-health of a fuel cell comprises the steps of: (S301) inputting an impedance value or a time constant value according to a measurement time of an equivalent impedance model for a plurality of fuel batteries; and (S303) creating the reference information for discriminating the state-of-health of the fuel cell by approximating an impedance value or time constant value.
