PURPOSE: A language recover device capable of being applied to lingual disability of the person with speech disorder is provided to implement the language recovery process for a language handicapped person by optimizing suitable for the corresponding person. CONSTITUTION: The person(12) with speech disorder terminal connected to the language recovery system is included. The person with speech disorder terminal is connected through the internet network. The language recovery system in which language recover data is transmitted to the person with speech disorder terminal is included.
