PURPOSE: A pressure frying machine is provided to precisely control the temperature of oil by turning on/off multiple heaters using a heater switch. CONSTITUTION: A pressure frying machine comprises a heater unit(300) and a three-terminal heater heating unit. The heater unit is composed of first, second, and third heaters(310,320,330). The three-terminal heater heating unit is connected to one terminals of the first, second, and third heaters and supply heating power to the heaters. The three-terminal heater heating unit comprises a heater switch and a three-terminal temperature controller. The heater switch controls the heating power supplied to the heaters. The three-terminal temperature controller is connected to the heater switch and the heaters. |
