PURPOSE: A step block of a slope and a stairway construction method using the same are provided and improve support the strength of the step block to be applied in various width of stairs. CONSTITUTION: A step block of a slope comprises a main block(10) and a fixed supporting part. The main block is installed in a hook part above the stair part formed on the slope. A plurality of hollows(12) is formed in the main block in a longitudinal direction. The fixed supporting part is combined in the main block to and is buried in the ground in order to fix the main block on the ground.
