An organic-inorganic composite membrane is provided to reduce methanol permeability and to improve dimensional stability by introducing inorganic materials to a poly (arylene ether) copolymer. An organic-inorganic composite membrane comprises a crosslinked organic membrane having a repeating unit of the chemical formula 1 or 2; and an inorganic material introduced within the organic film. In the chemical formula 1 and 2, SAr shows sulfonated aromatic group; Ar1 and Ar2 show non-sulfonated aromatic group; -CM3- and -CM4- show a group participating in the cross linkage; k is 0.001-1.000; s is 1-k; and n is 10-500. |
