PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to identify the saving state of the energy consumption by displaying the energy saving rate of the LED lighting device compared to the general lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A storage(404) stores the energy consumption of a first lighting device. A gathering unit(402) collects the energy consumption of a second lighting device. A controller(400) controls the collection of the energy consumption of the second lighting device. The controller compares the energy consumption of the first lighting device and the energy consumption of the second lighting device.
