PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polybutylene terephthalate fiber is provided to optimize the physical properties and elongation condition of polybutylene terephthalate fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polybutylene terephthalate fiber comprises: a step of spinning polybutylene terephthalate polymers at a speed of 1,200-1,800 m/minutes; and a step of silk-reeling undrawn yarn of 0.8-3 denier, 200-230% of elongation, and 1.8-2.3 gram/denier of strength.
