PURPOSE: A stopper unit for an implant drill and a drill for operation of an implant are provided to enable a surgical operator to easily control the drilling depth of a drill body during implant operation. CONSTITUTION: A drill(100) for operation of an implant comprises a drill body(111) and a stopper unit(130). The stopper unit is attachably and detachably combined with the drill body and restricts implantation depth of the drill body when the drill body is implanted and a hole is punched in the alveolar bone. The stopper unit comprises a drive stopper which is movably arranged and a fixed stopper which is fixed to a predetermined position.
