PURPOSE: A magnet assembly device of a component assembly and an assembling method thereof are provided to improve workability through a semi-automation by assembling a magnet with a component using a jig. CONSTITUTION: A jig body(10) includes a receiving unit in which at least one component is assembled and a magnet input unit. A first support unit(20) supports one side of the magnet. A second support unit(30) supports the other side of the magnet by sliding left and right. A component control unit(40) supports the upper side of the component assembled in the receiving unit. A magnet fixing unit(50) fixes the magnet to the component.
