PURPOSE: A testing method of the film integrity is provided to offer specific film testing methods to films formed with various materials in different shapes. CONSTITUTION: A testing method of the film integrity comprises the following steps: preparing damaged films with the different level of the damages; detecting the pressure decay rate of each damaged film; detecting the log removal value of each damaged film; drawing a standard graph using the detected pressure decay rate and log removal value; and calculating critical pressure reduction speed from the standard graph, corresponding the log removal rate of 4.0.
