PURPOSE: A coloring base material for road pavement and a coloring construction method for road pavement using the same are provided to improve durability, reduce construction costs, and enable expression of various colors. CONSTITUTION: A coloring base material for road pavement comprises polar polymer, adhesive resin, and filler. The softening point of the adhesive resin is 80~130°C. The filler is formed from inorganic material of minute particles.
