SYSTEM FOR REALTIME MONITORING OF BLOCK ASSEMBLING AND MANAGING PROCESS TO FLOW TYPE LINE

PURPOSE: A block assembling real-time monitoring system and a method for managing work processes are provided to efficiently manage a work process by remotely monitoring a panel assembling process in real-time. CONSTITUTION: A wireless local area communication chip(10) is attached to a steel plate panel and stores and transmits block/line information. An FDIU(Fixed Data Input Unit)(20) is installed to an automated device and manually operated device and identifies and transmits the block/line information, work history data, and identification information. A gateway(40) receives information from the FDIU installed at the workplace. A process managing system(50) analyzes the work history data and monitors the panel process location, the progress of the work, and work load in a remote place.
