PURPOSE: A fruit peeling apparatus is provided to easily control the installation angle and the location of a blade, and to apply the apparatus for various fruits with different sizes. CONSTITUTION: A fruit peeling apparatus comprises the following: a body(101) including a control device(50) and a driving device on the lower side; a fruit absorbing device including a fruit absorber for fixing fruit on the front side of a main shaft(43); a rotation control device(20) for controlling the rotational location of a blade rotating shaft; and a fruit peeler(30) including a blade connector, and a blade(34a) installed on a blade body. The driving device includes a vacuum pump(11), a hose penetrating the main shaft, a residue filter(13), and a pressure switch(14). |
