PURPOSE: A teflon filter device capable of using at the high temperature is provided to secure the excellent heat resistance of a teflon strip thin film, and to control the filtration rate. CONSTITUTION: A teflon filter device capable of using at the high temperature comprises the following: an inner case(10) including an inlet(11) and plural holes(12) on the outer edge; a teflon filter(20) installed on the outside of the inner case; an outer case(30) including a space(S) for settling filtered objects, the inner case, and an outlet on the opposite side of the inlet; and a pump for generating the sucking force, by being installed on the outlet(31).
