PURPOSE: A system for real time monitoring of a block assembling, and a method for managing a fixed-type process line are provided to efficiently manage the state of the process line. CONSTITUTION: A local area wireless communication chip(10) stores block information and line information, and transmits the block information and the line information in wireless communication method. A remote control device(20) transmits the work backgrond data and identification information through a local area wireless communication method. A gateway(30) receives the block information, the line information, work backgrond data, and the identification information through a local area wireless communication method. A process control system(40) remotely monitors the process.
