<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immobilize an enzyme on an insoluble carrier without deteriorating the activity of the enzyme. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a new enzyme immobilized on a cross-linked polymer comprises phase-separating a solution containing the cross-linkable polymer and the enzyme by a micro-capsulation method (patent document 2 and the like) and then cross-linking the enzyme-containing carrier polymer molecules to each other in mild conditions. This enzyme immobilized on the polymer produced by immobilizing the enzyme on the cross-linked polymer is characterized in that the cross-linked polymer is prepared by cross-linking a cross-linkable polymer having cross-linkable functional group-containing hydrophilic chains on side chains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
