A hybrid vehicle is not provided with an alternator which is mounted in the conventional engine-powered vehicle because electric power is generated by a motor generator having the rotation shaft mechanically linked to the output shaft of an engine (ENG). A DC/DC converter (22) is separated from a power control unit and disposed in the vacant space where the alternator which becomes unnecessary by disposing a motor generator has been supposed to be located. |
