PURPOSE: An exposed concrete panel is provided to have an effect of an exposed concrete wall surface on a general concrete wall surface. CONSTITUTION: An exposed concrete panel comprises a front panel(110), a back panel(130), and an outer frame(150). The front panel is faced to the front of the wall surface, and a first coating layer(112) is formed on the surface thereof. An exposed concrete coating layer(114) is formed on the first coating layer. A second coating layer(132) is formed on the surface of the back panel. The back panel is separated from the front panel, and an empty space(120) is formed therebetween. The outer frame is interposed and fixed between the front panel and the back panel for the integration of the front panel and the back panel.
