PRINT CONTROLING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLING PRINT

PURPOSE: A print control device, an image forming device, and a method for controlling print are provided to improve the XPS(XML(eXtensible Markup Language) Paper Specification) file processing speed. CONSTITUTION: A UI(User Interface) part(130) receives printing option about the print object document in order to created XPS file. An extracting unit(141) compares the predetermined print option and preprocessing print option. If the print option is the preprocessing print option, a generating unit(142) generates a setting file corresponding to the preprocessing print option. A transform unit(143) changes the XPS file in order to include the configuration file. A controller(150) transmits the transformed XPS file to the image forming apparatus.
