PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily modify an image. SOLUTION: A movement blur adjusting section 2101 adjusts a foreground component image which is separately processed by a separation processing section 11 on the basis of the quantity of movement, blur and outputs it to a compositing section 2102. A background component image separated by the section 11 is outputted as it is to the section 2102. The section 2102 combines the movement-blur-adjusted image inputted from the section 2101 with the movement-blur-adjusted background component image directly inputted from the section 11, and outputs the composited image, thereby outputting a modified image. |
