PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator drive circuit capable of attaining easy determination of its service life, especially without removing from a system, in the piezoelectric actuator drive circuit which drives the piezoelectric device included in the system. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric actuator drive circuit 1 consisting of the piezoelectric device 2 as an actuator and an amplifier 1-1 for supplying variable voltage to the piezoelectric device, this piezoelectric actuator driving circuit is provided with a service life determination circuit which includes a switching means for switching the feeding from the amplifier to the piezoelectric device and the feeding of test voltage 1-3 via voltage divider resistors 1-4, and a service life determination means 1-5 for detecting changes in potentials of the piezoelectric device and a dividing point of the voltage divider resistors. |
