A mobile communication system is provided with a base station device 10 and a mobile terminal 20, which mutually perform radio communication. The system is also provided with a cell search part 22 provided in the mobile terminal 20 conducting a cell search, and an operation part 12 configured to calculate a period for another cell search based on a period required for the cell search. The cell search part conducts the another cell search during the period calculated by the operation part 12. |
