Also claimed is a preparation process in which a quantity of cheese is chopped or grated and mixed with secondary ingredients without degradation of the secondary ingredients e.g. vegetables and herbs. Cheese represents at least 20 per cent by weight of the mixture. The mixture is then placed in a form.
