In the present invention, there is described a method for preparing and isolating protein, which has factor VIII procoagulant activity, which preparation method includes cultivation of cells specified in American Type Culture Collection as CRL-12568, and which contain sequence coding protein operably linked to a promoter, whereas the growth proceeds under conditions that are sufficient for protein expression and protein isolation. There is also described a human cell line ready prepared by insertion of protein coding sequence with high factor VIII procoagulant activity, operably linked to a promoter, to cells specified in ATCC as CRL-12568. |
