PURPOSE: A construction material mixing compound, a block using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ease the mix of construction materials using magnesium chloride and sodium tripolyphosphate. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium chloride solution((Mg(H_2O)_6)Cl_2) is prepared by dissolving magnesium chloride(MgCl_2) in water(100). 0.001-0.003 parts by weight of sodium tripolyphosphate(Na5P_3O_10) is dissolved in water, based on 100.0 parts by weight of magnesium chloride to prepare a sodium tripolyphosphate solution(110). The sodium tripolyphosphate solution and an acid solution are added in the magnesium chloride solution to prepare a mixing compound(120).
