PURPOSE: A virtual image transmitting device of a PC based virtual image and a method thereof are provided to supply interface environment to transmit a virtual image to a target detection/recognition/tracing/panorama synthesize device. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(131) receives an input of a virtual image of a camera-link format for performance test and algorithm of a target detection/recognition/tracing/panorama synthesize device. An image format converting unit(132) converts the inputted virtual image into a virtual image of a FPDP(Front Panel Data Port). An image transmitting unit(133) outputs the converted virtual image through an optical channel. |
