PURPOSE: A rack-bar guide for a steering gear, capable of reducing rattle noise and supporting a rack bar, is provided to reduce rattle noise generated in the movement of a rack bar by securely supporting the rack bar using a rack bar guide having elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A rack-bar guide for a steering gear comprises an outer ring, an inner ring and a rib. The outer ring is supported with the inner surface of a rack bar housing. The outer ring comprises an outer incision unit cut in a width direction. A rack bar(220), installed in a rack bar housing(210) is inserted into the inner ring. The inner ring is has the diameter smaller than the diameter of the outer ring. The inner ring comprises an inner incision cut in a width direction. The rib interlinks the outer ring and inner ring.
