PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a microlens array, a method for manufacturing a metal mold for duplicating the microlens array, and a method for manufacturing a duplicate microlens array are provided to improve space efficiency and reduce a material loss by controlling a pattern radius of a microlens. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet unit(110) discharges photosensitive resin to the upper side of a film transfer unit(120). The film transfer unit includes a substrate chuck and a microlens. An ultraviolet radiation unit(130) hardens the photosensitive resin. A cold mirror(132) induces ultraviolet rays to the film transfer unit. A seed layer is deposited on the upper side of a microlens array. An electroplating is performed. A substrate is separated from the metal mold.
