PURPOSE: A supersonic diagnosis system and a pulser output signal generating method thereof are provided to reduce the mechanical index by generating the signal having the DC component. CONSTITUTION: A signal generator(210) generates the signal including the DC element. A pulser(230) generates the pulser output signal by using the generated signal. A DC element generator(220) controls the rate of the DC element. The MI(mechanical index) of the pulser output signal is adjusted within the allowed MI.
