PURPOSE: A fusion and junction device for a connection pipe is provided to reduce fusing time by simultaneously fusing the ends of an inserted connection pipe using a heating wire. CONSTITUTION: A fusion and junction device(100) for a connection pipe comprises a case(110) and a base plate(120). The case has a heat conduction unit(111) and a heating wire. The heat conduction unit is protruded from the case by corresponding to the inner wall of a manhole body. The heating wire generates heat with high-temperature in the end of the heat conduction unit. The base plate finishes the rear of the case. A support body(123) of the base pltae is protruded by penetrating through the inside the heat conduction unit. The support body is inserted into a connection pipe in the manhole body. The end of the heat conduction unit is in contact with the connection pipe and the inner wall of the manhole body. The heat conduction unit accurately fuses and joins the connection pipe and the manhole body.
