PURPOSE: A method for screening an anticancer drug or angiogenesis inhibitor using tristetraprolin(TTP) is provided to promote mRNA decomposition of HIF-1alpha(Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1alpha). CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anticancer drug candidate comprises: a step of preparing an expression vector containing a gene construct; a step of preparing cell line and injecting the expression vector; a step of treating with a test sample to the cell line; a step of measuring expression level of the reporter gene in each cell line; and a step of selecting the test sample which increases expression level of the reporter gene. The reporter gene is luciferase gene.
