PURPOSE: A handrail is provided to install, repair and replace a protection member regardless of the shape and situation of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A handrail comprises a base(100), a bracket(200), a pillar(300), a guide(400), and a protection member(500). The base is fixed to the ground or foundation at a regular interval. The bracket is combined in the base to rotate in right and left directions. The pillar is fixed to the bracket. The guide is fixed to side of the pillar. Both side of the protection member is fixed to the guide.
