PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for forming fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials and a molded product by the same are provided to maximize the effect of reinforcement of material property by employing a thermoplastic composite tape which is braided in various ways. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials comprises a plurality of winding reels(110), a transfer unit(120), and a braiding unit(130). The winding reels are wound with fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tape(10). The transfer unit pulls the thermoplastic composite tape to be unwound from the winding reels. The braiding unit twists and binds at least one of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tapes transferred by the transfer unit.
