Peptide analogues of PYY, compositions comprising said analogues, and methods of using said analogues for the treatment and prevention of metabolic disorders, for example disorders of energy metabolism such as diabetes and obesity, and for reduction in appetite, reduction in food intake or reduction of calorie intake in a subject, are provided herein.
