A beverage and a method for preparing the same are disclosed. Said beverage is prepared by the following source materials: soybean peptide powder, sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), carbon dioxide, sweeteners, acidity agents, preservatives, other optional auxiliary materials and balance of water. This beverage has a pH value of 3.6 - 3.8, total acid of 0.28 -0.40 wt%, total sugar of less than 5 wt%, and sweetness of 9 - 10°. The method for the preparation of this beverage comprises soybean peptide powder pre-treatment, volume adjustment, carbonation, bottle filling and spraying sterilization. |
