PURPOSE: A sash frame is provided to prevent members consisting of timbers from being decomposed and guide stable joint between a wood member and a metal member. CONSTITUTION: A sash frame comprises upper and lower horizontal frames and two vertical frames. The upper and lower horizontal frames and the two vertical frames comprise a base plate(110), a front plate(120), a back plate(130), a finishing plate(140), and a clip member(150). The base plate is made of aluminum. The front plate is coupled with the front side of the base plate to correspond to an interior portion. The back plate is coupled with the back side of the base plate to correspond to an exterior portion. The finishing plate is coupled with the front side of the front plate and is made of timber. The clip member is mounted in the finishing plate and couples the finishing plate with the front side of the front plate.
