LOSS INFORMATION ESTIMATION METHOD AND HIGH RESOLUTION TRANSFORM METHOD OF LOW RESOLUTION IMAGE

PURPOSE: A low definition image loss information estimating method and a high definition image converting method are provided to efficiently use various application environments which are used for image enhancement, image enlargement, and image recovery. CONSTITUTION: Loss information is calculated by using a lower level interpolation(500). Loss information is estimated by using interpolation of the calculated loss information. Loss information is presumed by using calculation loss information. Loss information is applied by combing the presumed loss information and weight value.
