PURPOSE: A track shoe for an endless track is provided to generate big buoyancy by a first floating member and a second floating member and facilitate the movement on the land. CONSTITUTION: A track shoe for an endless track comprises a first floating member(530), a foam pad, a gusset plate, a second floating member(510), and a fixing member. The first floating member is a hollow plastic floating member. The first floating member is long in the width direction and is short in the longitudinal direction. A joint for a pad is formed on the lower surface of the first floating member. A joint for a first connection plate is formed on the upper surface of the first floating member. The foam pad surrounds the width direction circumference of the first floating member. The foam pad is formed with the lower joint coupled with the joint for a pad. A connection bracket is formed on the front and rear of the gusset plate. A joint for a lower surface that is coupled with the joint for a first connection plate is formed on the lower surface of the gusset plate. The width of the second floating member is shorter than the width of the first floating member.
