BIO SENSING METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM USING GRAPHENE OXIDE

PURPOSE: A bio-sensing method using a graphene oxide and a sensor are provided to optically identify the presence of material and to ensure economic benefit. CONSTITUTION: A bio-sensor comprises a target material which is labeled with a metal particle and a probe substance which is conjugated to a graphene oxide with fluorescence characteristic. In case of binding the target material and probe, fluorescence characteristic is reduced by metal particles of the target material. The target and probe material is DNA. A bio-sensing method comprises: a step of contacting the target material labeled with a metal particle; and a step of measuring graphene oxide fluorescence intensity.
