PURPOSE: FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) stone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a pattern like natural stone on artificial FRP stone without a grinding process and ensure convenient handling due to the reduced weight. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing FRP stone is as follows. A mold is formed out of silicon on natural stone(S1). FRP purge which is formed by mixing talc, stone dust, and FRP resin is spread on the interior of the mold(S2). A glass fiber mat and a mixture of polyester resin and hardener are alternately laminated on the FRP purge(S3). The FRP laminate is hardened and separated from the mold(S4).
