FILTERING APPARATUS AND FACILITY FOR MANUFACTURING AN INGOT THEREWITH

PURPOSE: A filtering apparatus and an ingot manufacturing facility including thereof are provided to reduce the personnel cost required to perform a washing process of a filter. CONSTITUTION: A filtering apparatus comprises the following: a housing(110) supplying an internal space; a gas inlet pipe(32) inserting gas into the internal space; a metal filter unit installed on the internal space, for passing through the gas and absorbing foreign materials from the gas; a gas outlet pipe(42) exhausting the gas passed through the metal filter unit; an air spraying pipe(52) for removing the foreign materials attached to the metal filter unit; and an air exhausting pipe(62) exhausting the air sprayed to the metal filter unit.
