PURPOSE: A pipe for conveying an insulation material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve stability by preventing cracks and to efficiently transfer low-temperature liquid. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(30) for conveying an insulation material comprises an inner pipe(32), an insulation material(33), and an outer pipe(36). Liquefied gas flows in the inner pipe. The insulation material is attached on the outer surface of the inner pipe. The outer pipe is installed in the outer side of the inner pipe to be separated from the insulation material. A support member supports the outer pipe between the inner and outer pipes. Inactive gas is supplied to a gap between the inner and outer pipes.
