PURPOSE: A method for managing PVR and DVR as one is provided to enable a user to easily grasp the situation of event generated point of time by providing security video about the event. CONSTITUTION: A DVR(Digital Video Recorder) event collect unit(102) collects DVR events and records the collected events in an event storage unit(130). A PVR(Personal Video Recorder) event collect unit(112) collects PVR events and records the collected events in the event storage unit. An interface unit(150) offers the user's interface screen. The event unified UI(User Interface) arranges icons according to the event generation time along the time progress line.
